Who we are

What data we collect
- Information you give us through the contact form: name, company, email address and your message.
- Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and date and time. Our hosting provider records this for security and to keep the site running.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics, collected without cookies using Vercel Web Analytics.
We do not collect sensitive data or buy data from third parties.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis (users in the European Economic Area and the UK)
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you contact us for information or a quote.
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site secure and measuring its use anonymously.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that help us run our service, and only what they need:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and analytics.
- Google LLC (USA): email.
- Formspree (USA): receiving contact form messages.
We may also disclose data when required by law or to defend our legal rights.
International transfers
We are a US company and your data is processed in the United States. For data from European users, we rely on providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or that use the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for 12 months after our last contact if we don’t end up working together. If you become a client, we keep them for the duration of the relationship and any legally required period afterward. Technical logs are kept for as long as our hosting provider sets, usually a few days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by emailing levantech.llc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can also object to or restrict processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, you can exercise the rights it gives you by emailing the same address. We will never treat you differently for exercising them.
Cookies and “Do Not Track” signals
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only sets one functional cookie, “lang,” when you choose a language with the ES | EN selector, so the site appears in that language on your future visits; it lasts one year and contains no personal data. Because we do not track your activity across other sites, nothing changes if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and providers with recognized security measures, and only people who need your data can access it. No system is perfect, but if an incident affected you, we would notify you as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will make it clearly visible on the website.
